Discipline only matters if you know what you're creating. Without clarity on what you value or what kind of life you’re building, discipline becomes punishment. It easily turns into rigid rules, comparison, shame, have-to’s and shoulds. Yet, when discipline is rooted in purpose, it becomes sacred and nourishing.
