Being an overt or covert leader

Sometimes, you will be the clear “leader” in the room, whether you are the boss, the chairperson, the parent, or the designated decision maker.

Sometimes, the designated “leader” is not actually leading, and it would serve the group and you to provide some loving direction. You can be the covert leader in the room you are in or the community you are a part of by accessing the courage within you to ask the question or offer the possibility that could move the conversation toward

Often, the leader isn’t the person with the title. It is the person with the most courage.

What would it take to be willing to lead even when someone else thinks they are?
