Do you love your problems?

Part of you loves your problems because they keep you safe.

You know what it feels like to have no work-life balance. You know what it feels like always to be late. You know what it feels like to be bad with money. You know what it feels like to be quiet and not brave enough. You know what it feels like to not get along with your partner.

Our lower selves thrive on predictability. That lower self will do anything to keep your old problems at the forefront of your life because then you can’t grow. There is nothing more terrifying to your lower self than growth.

If you are truly ready to thrive, it is time to let go of the old problems. Meaning, it is time to be the version of yourself who has expanded beyond letting that old familiarity dictate your behavior. Right now, you have the choice to choose where you spend your energy, arrange your life to be on time, make a wise decision to expand your wealth, speak up about something important to you, or create harmony in a relationship. You don’t have to if you won’t want to, and you can.

What would it feel like to be brave enough to let go of an old problem?
