You deserve more deserving
Many of us find it obvious that arrogance is selfish and rooted in a power struggle.
It doesn’t seem so obvious that unworthiness or false humility are also selfish and rooted in a power struggle.
Your spiritual and human responsibility is to receive; to humble yourself before the eternal and open up to its blessings. To believe and argue that you don’t deserve all the health, wealth, love, and self-expression available to anyone else is a way of making life about you, your flaws, and the problem you are. You can't be a blessing when you're a drain because of how you relate to yourself. You block the flow of universal brilliance coming through you, let alone to you, when you victimize yourself as less than.
Your personal power activates when you have no neediness of power over someone or validation from anyone. Your personal power comes from your contribution, and there can be no difference between giving and receiving. You can empower others and the world only to the degree you allow yourself to deserve what Source wants to give you.
What if you owned that deserving was not selfish, but actually your responsibility?
