The next level of ease in your life will only be accessed through your next level of friction.

You have innate skills, gifts, passions, and intuitions that you are meant to express, which will provide incredible value to the world and incredible value to you in return. You have to be willing to tolerate, and maybe eventually love, the awkwardness and discomfort that come from the vulnerability of putting yourself out there.

Most people will stop because of the awkwardness and the discomfort. What if you didn’t?
